What is netwalking?
It’s business networking outdoors among nature, learning about people, plants and landscape in a relaxed and friendly group.
Experienced local walking guide, Jess Twydall will lead us on a gentle walk starting in Lynton, progressing to Hollerday Hill, Valley of Rocks, Ladywell and returning to Lynton where we will enjoy food and refreshments in the tea garden of St Vincent’s Guest House (alternative location will be provided in bad weather).
The cost is £22 per person and includes food/drink, payable in advance.
Who can take part?
Whatever your business, you are welcome to join us. The walk will be approximately 2.5 miles. Please wear suitable walking clothes and footwear and be prepared for the North Devon weather.
What is the aim of networking?
The aim is to introduce a small group of business people (maximum 15) to each other for relaxed natural conversation without the pressure of presentations, elevator speeches or sales pitches. The natural environment also inspires ideas and creativity, ideal for anyone running a business.
Jess Twydall
Jess is an experienced walking guide, who has worked with Exmoor National Park and has a wide knowledge of local history, tales of the past, sacred sites and areas of outstanding natural beauty.
